The City of Toronto's Transportation Services permit application for construction or encroachments within the City road allowance, carried on the City's landscape construction permit page beside the street occupation form. It records the project location and flankage, site plan control and building application numbers, the permit type, a work description, proposed dates, owner and applicant details and homeowner insurance. A closing page classifies minor construction — driveways, fences, marquees, boreholes, basement entrances, fire escapes, accessibility ramps, tree planting — against major construction: piling and shoring, streetscaping, tunnels and bridges.
DocHub collects what a municipality published; it cannot tell you what is in force today. A newer version may exist, may be titled differently, or may not be posted publicly at all.
