The City of Toronto's street occupation permit application from Transportation Services, Right of Way Management, linked from the City's street occupation permit page and its construction permit page. It records the project location, a detailed work description with crane or boom truck tonnage, whether the road, sidewalk or boulevard is occupied, proposed dates and times, parking metres, daily or continuous closure, the applicant, homeowner insurance details and a sketch of the work zone. Twelve printed conditions cover the road damage deposit, restoration, indemnity and insurance.
DocHub collects what a municipality published; it cannot tell you what is in force today. A newer version may exist, may be titled differently, or may not be posted publicly at all.
