It records the district, client code, applicant and contractor, the cut location on boulevard, sidewalk, road, laneway or median, a hand-drawn diagram of the plant location, the type of installation and the proposed construction dates, over an indemnity and seventeen lettered standard application conditions covering guarantee periods, traffic signing, soil testing, depth of cover, noise and tree protection. It carries the version stamp v: 2020.01.
DocHub collects what a municipality published; it cannot tell you what is in force today. A newer version may exist, may be titled differently, or may not be posted publicly at all.
