The City of Toronto's one-page application for a single trip oversize load permit, filed with the permits and enforcement district office covering the ward the route starts in. It records the applicant and organization, whether the request is new or a renewal, a description of the load with height, width, length, gross weight and number of axles, the date and time of movement, and the route from origin to destination, with boxes for crossing over a TTC subway, under streetcar overhead wires, and Metrolinx permit review zones.
DocHub collects what a municipality published; it cannot tell you what is in force today. A newer version may exist, may be titled differently, or may not be posted publicly at all.
