The City of Hamilton Building Division's acknowledgement for its concurrent building plan review process, in which a building permit application is reviewed while site plan approval is still outstanding. Completed by the applicant, the owner or the owner's authorized agent, it records the address, municipality and description of the development, then sets out six numbered acknowledgements: that participation sits solely at the applicant's discretion, that it guarantees neither final site plan nor building permit approval, and that changes through the site plan process may bring a re-submission and further fees.

Check this against the municipality before you rely on it. DocHub collects what a municipality published; it cannot tell you what is in force today. A newer version may exist, may be titled differently, or may not be posted publicly at all.
