Overview
Schedule 1 to the provincial application for a permit to construct or demolish, posted on its own by the City of Hamilton from the edition effective January 1, 2014; the City's February 2026 application carries its own Schedule 1. One form is used per individual taking responsibility for design activities. It records their firm and contact details, the design activities undertaken under Building Code Table 3.5.2.1. of Division C, from house to on-site sewage systems, and the declaration of designer with individual and firm BCINs or a basis for exemption.
