Overview

Schedule 2 to the provincial application for a permit to construct or demolish, posted on its own by the City of Hamilton from the edition effective January 1, 2014, for work involving an on-site sewage system. It asks whether the installer is in the business of installing, repairing, servicing or emptying sewage systems under Building Code Article 3.3.1.1, Division C, and where the answer is yes records the registered installer's name, BCIN and contact details with the qualified supervisors. The declaration also covers an installer not yet known.
