City of Mississauga By-law 0350-2007, the procedure by-law for hearings of the Committee of Adjustment, as amended through 0207-2021. Enacted in September 2007, it replaced By-law 200-95. It covers the two-year bar on variance applications after a zoning amendment, notice of hearings, quorum, hearing order (introduction, public input, applicant's reply), voting on minor variances and consents, the chair's powers, written decisions, conflict of interest, deferral and withdrawal requests, and a trial period for electronic hearings. It governs the hearings behind the City's variance and consent packages.
