The City of Mississauga Committee of Adjustment's application package for a minor variance from Zoning By-law 0225-2007 under Section 45 of the Planning Act. It opens with the four tests of a minor variance, staff and conservation authority contacts, a checklist of site plan contents, the fees effective January 1, 2026, and what happens before, during and after the hearing. The form records the property, servicing, relief sought, building details and earlier applications, followed by the declaration, agent authorization, permission to enter, public information, advisory sign and variance acknowledgement pages.
DocHub collects what a municipality published; it cannot tell you what is in force today. A newer version may exist, may be titled differently, or may not be posted publicly at all.
