The Mississauga Committee of Adjustment's package for consent under Section 53 of the Planning Act: a new lot, a lot addition, or a lease or private easement of 21 years or more. It lists contacts, examples of conditions the Committee may impose, the site plan contents, fees effective January 1, 2026, and the hearing and certificate steps. The form records the severed and retained lands, property history, provincial matters and earlier applications, with declaration, agent authorization, permission to enter and advisory sign pages. It pairs with the minor variance package.
