Overview
The City of Richmond Hill's Model Home Design Details Form, a one-page table linked from the City's Site Plan and Site Plan Amendment page. For each model home it records the model name and lot number, gross floor area in square metres, lot coverage as a percentage beside the maximum allowable coverage under the applicable zoning by-law, and building height in metres and storeys. It prints no instructions, date or signature lines; it sets a builder's model homes against the zoning limits in one table.
