The City of Richmond Hill's builder data spreadsheet for townhouses, a fillable form with one block per submission and a maximum of 15 units per block, linked from the city's residential permits page. The builder enters the ONHWP Tarion number, plan number and name and block number, then lists each unit's model, elevation, municipal address, gross floor area and finished basement area. The sheet multiplies these by current rates to total the permit fee, finished-basement fee, drain fee and water fee per unit and for the block.
DocHub collects what a municipality published; it cannot tell you what is in force today. A newer version may exist, may be titled differently, or may not be posted publicly at all.
