The City of Markham's Agricultural Impact Assessment Terms of Reference, June 2023, developed jointly by York Region and its municipalities and listed on the City's Guidelines and Terms of Reference page. It explains what an AIA evaluates, the policies behind it from the Official Plan to the Greenbelt Plan, who prepares it, and its contents: a physical resource inventory of soils, climate, slope and drainage, on-site and off-site land uses within 1 km, agricultural viability, impact assessment, alternative locations, mitigation and policy analysis.
DocHub collects what a municipality published; it cannot tell you what is in force today. A newer version may exist, may be titled differently, or may not be posted publicly at all.
