The City of Markham's Bird-Friendly Specification Checklist for Draft Plan of Subdivision Approval, updated June 2026, one of three checklists implementing the Bird-Friendly Guidelines approved by Council on February 11, 2014 and updated in 2026, beside those for site plan control and major heritage permits. Completed for development on private lands as part of a subdivision's Architectural Control Guidelines, its single page records bird-friendly treatment of glass on buildings and railings, high-contrast visual markers, and downlit, dark-sky lighting.
DocHub collects what a municipality published; it cannot tell you what is in force today. A newer version may exist, may be titled differently, or may not be posted publicly at all.
