Overview
The site plan version of the City of Markham Sustainability Assessment Tool (Scoring Tool), an Excel workbook marked for site plan control applications only. It lists the Sustainability Metrics under Built Environment, Mobility, Natural Environment and Open Space, Infrastructure and Buildings, and Innovation, each with its intent, qualifier questions, available performance targets, points awarded, verification document and typical verifier, and totals a final score against the Bronze level. Its instructions cover the address, file number and comment cells. Working notes on scoring questions remain in the file.
