The Markham Built Form, Height and Massing Study: Built Form Principles, March 2010, prepared by Sweeny Sterling Finlayson &Co Architects with the Town of Markham's Planning & Urban Design staff and linked from the City's Urban Design Services and Guidelines and Terms of Reference pages. Written for Markham's intensification areas, it defines mid-rise and tall buildings, podiums and floorplates, then sets principles for the public realm, streets and blocks, building location, built form, tall buildings, transition, and parking and loading, with implementation steps and an intensification areas appendix.
DocHub collects what a municipality published; it cannot tell you what is in force today. A newer version may exist, may be titled differently, or may not be posted publicly at all.
