Overview
The draft plan of subdivision version of the City of Markham Sustainability Assessment Tool (Scoring Tool), an Excel workbook marked for draft plan of subdivision applications only. It scores the Sustainability Metrics under Built Environment, Mobility, Natural Environment and Open Space, Infrastructure and Buildings, and Innovation, giving each metric's intent, qualifier questions, available performance targets, points awarded, verification document and typical verifier, with a final score set against the Bronze level and instructions for filling it in. Working notes on scoring questions remain in the file.
