The City of Markham's two-page Sustainability Metrics Program: Guide & Checklist, updated July 2023, introducing the City's point-based green development standard for new development. It explains how the Sustainability Assessment Tool, the Guidebook (fifty-two performance indicators in five categories) and the Sustainability Checklist work together on site plan and draft plan of subdivision applications, gives the performance levels and minimum score thresholds (its Bronze draft plan figure prints as 274 – 40), describes the approval stage, and carries a checklist to cut out along a dotted line.
