Overview

Mississauga's Form 2360, the Fence Exemption Application to Fence By-law 397-78, a one-page form from the Community Services Department's Licensing, Permits and Regulatory Services. It records the applicant and, where different, the property owner, the by-law provision the exemption concerns, whether the fence or privacy screen is temporary or permanent, and the reasons. A checklist names the property survey, site plan, fee, letter of authority and fence specifications, with metric heights and lengths for front, side and back yards and gates, and the posts, rails, infill boards and decorative elements.

Check this against the municipality before you rely on it.

DocHub collects what a municipality published; it cannot tell you what is in force today. A newer version may exist, may be titled differently, or may not be posted publicly at all.
