Overview

The first of two model letters the City of Mississauga publishes with Division Fence By-law 0075-2004, written from one property owner to the owner next door and set out on a fictitious Apple Lane address. Under the subject line Notice of Intent, it records that no cost-sharing agreement has been reached on a proposed boundary fence, encloses a copy of the by-law and three quotes, names a start date fourteen days out, and offers ten days for the neighbour's own quotes. Its companion is the notice of completion letter.

Check this against the municipality before you rely on it.

DocHub collects what a municipality published; it cannot tell you what is in force today. A newer version may exist, may be titled differently, or may not be posted publicly at all.
