Overview

The second of two model letters the City of Mississauga publishes with Division Fence By-law 0075-2004, again written on the fictitious Apple Lane addresses. Its subject line reads Compliance with City of Mississauga Division Fence By-law 0075-2004. The letter refers back to the earlier notice of intent, gives the date construction of the division fence finished, notes the fence was built to the lowest of three quotes, encloses the invoice, states the neighbour's share and a payment date thirty days out, and closes on recovering that share otherwise.

Check this against the municipality before you rely on it.

DocHub collects what a municipality published; it cannot tell you what is in force today. A newer version may exist, may be titled differently, or may not be posted publicly at all.
