A 179-page Town of Oakville urban design document dated November 23, 2009, credited on its cover to BrookMcIlroy Inc., planning and urban design. It states the vision and master plan for North Oakville East and West, then gives general guidelines for built form, streets and blocks, building typologies, parks and open space, stormwater, parking and bird-friendly design, followed by chapters for urban cores, general urban and sub urban neighbourhoods, neighbourhood centres, transitional areas and employment lands, each with direction for its streets.
DocHub collects what a municipality published; it cannot tell you what is in force today. A newer version may exist, may be titled differently, or may not be posted publicly at all.
