A 36-page Part B document of the Town of Oakville's Livable by Design Manual, version v.01.2018, giving urban design direction for the Kerr Village Growth Area, a traditional commercial main street along Kerr Street and Lakeshore Road West. It sets out the policy context from sections 23 and 6 of the Livable Oakville Plan, the guiding design principles, the village context and its districts, and five themes of direction, ending with the Plan's urban design schedule for Kerr Village. The Bronte Village document follows the same outline.
DocHub collects what a municipality published; it cannot tell you what is in force today. A newer version may exist, may be titled differently, or may not be posted publicly at all.
