The City of Kitchener's two-page Addendum: Conditional Permit Application, dated June 2022, issued pursuant to 8.(3) of the Building Code Act and printed as Schedule 3. Sections A to F cover project information, the part of the building to be built (shoring, site servicing, footing and foundation, shell or full building, model home), mandatory approvals, an extension request, outstanding approvals and the applicant's declaration. A reverse-side guide gives section notes and footnotes.
DocHub collects what a municipality published; it cannot tell you what is in force today. A newer version may exist, may be titled differently, or may not be posted publicly at all.
