Overview

The City of Kitchener Building Division's two-page Sound Transmission Design Declaration, created January 2023 and last revised April 10, 2026. It lists four design options: STC 50 using SB-3 assemblies or ASTM E90 tests with flanking details, ASTC 47 measured on site under ASTM E336, and ASTC 47 calculated by the detailed or simplified method of Division B, 5.8.1.
