The City of Kitchener's five-page Guide to the Completion of the City of Kitchener Ontario Building Code Data Matrix for New Buildings, dated November 2023. It describes each matrix field in turn, from project information, occupancy, areas, storeys and importance category to construction types, sprinkler, standpipe and fire alarm systems, fire resistance ratings, occupant load, washrooms and spatial separations. It is the companion to Kitchener's New Buildings data matrix, and a separate guide covers existing buildings.
DocHub collects what a municipality published; it cannot tell you what is in force today. A newer version may exist, may be titled differently, or may not be posted publicly at all.
