An eight-page Ontario Building Code Data Matrix for Existing Buildings, branded Kitchener, created November 15, 2023. Blank fields record project description, building and gross areas, mezzanines, storeys, building group and construction types, sprinklers, standpipe, fire alarm, fire resistance ratings, occupant load, washrooms, barrier-free design and spatial separations. Page 7 adds Part 10/11 change of use and performance level evaluation, with a designer confirmation. It is the existing-buildings counterpart of Kitchener's building permit code matrices.
DocHub collects what a municipality published; it cannot tell you what is in force today. A newer version may exist, may be titled differently, or may not be posted publicly at all.
