Toronto Building's site review report for a completed green roof, published on the Toronto Building forms index and signed by the architect or professional engineer. A testing block names the leakage protocol used — flood, impedance, low voltage, electric field vector mapping, infrared thermal imaging or moisture sensors. Fifteen numbered visual inspection lines then run through size and location, gravity loads under ASTM E2397.05, slope stability, parapets and scuppers, wind uplift, fire safety border zones, waterproofing, drainage, water retention, vegetation performance, irrigation and the maintenance plan.
