Toronto Building's three-page Qualified Person's Report, authorized by Chapter 662 of the Toronto Municipal Code, Licensing of Rental Renovations, for a rental renovation licence application. It quotes Chapter 662's definition of a qualified person, then records the project and scope of work, related building or change of use permits, the qualified person's details in Section 2A for OAA or PEO licensees or 2B for other professionals, the opinion on vacant possession, its reasons and a declaration. Toronto's Rental Renovation Licence Screening Form sits beside it.
