Overview

A one-page City of Mississauga table, under the Affordable Rental Community Improvement Plan, comparing fees and charges for gentle density housing: basement units, garden suites and triplexes as second and third units, and fourplexes as fourth units. For each it shows whether the building permit fee is refunded by cheque after inspections, and whether parkland cash-in-lieu and City, Regional, GO Transit and school board development charges are exempt, waived through the CIP or payable. A note flags added terms for the fourth-unit grant.

What it covers

  • Building Permit Fee
  • City Development Charge
  • Regional Development Charge
  • GO Transit Development Charge
