Mississauga's Payment in Lieu of Off-Street Parking (PIL) application, Form 2795, revised December 2025 under the Planning Act. Page one lists the three accompanying schedules, the six-month inactivity rule and the submission requirements: site plan, floor plans, a justification report or letter, a $965.00 application fee and a possible Legal Services fee. Pages two and three collect applicant, owner and property details, the reason for the request, such as an office becoming a restaurant, where the parking shortfall can be accommodated, unit and floor area figures, and the spaces requested.
