Overview

A one-page template letter from the City of Mississauga's development application materials, laid out for a consulting firm's letterhead and addressed to the Manager, Environmental Site Management & Compliance in the Transportation & Works Department. In it, a Qualified Person under sections 5 and 6 of O. Reg. 153/04 lists the environmental reports prepared for a site's owner and states that the City and its peer reviewers may rely on them. Mississauga's geotechnical and hydrogeological report terms of reference each mention a reliance clause or letter.

Check this against the municipality before you rely on it.
