Overview

Markham Building Standards' three-page ePLAN quick reference for townhouse block permit applications, dated May 2023 and listed with the City's ePLAN guides and tutorials. It gives separate ePLAN settings for blocks under four storeys with non-stacked units and for taller or stacked blocks, how a block's address and description are entered, and what the site plan, block plans, elevations and mechanical drawings show. Its document list includes the Applicable Law Checklist, Schedule 1, energy efficiency forms, a Declaration Letter counting main and accessory dwelling units, shop drawings and mechanical calculations.
