A one-page Town of Oakville sheet that collects the details for preparing a site plan agreement. Fields give the site plan file number, file name and address, the landowner and legal description as registered on title, and the names, positions and emails of two signing officers. A box marked for office use lists the agreement preparation, revision and registration fees. The Town's Site Plan Application Process Guide names it among the items for starting a site plan agreement; the sheet is addressed to the Planning Services Department.
DocHub collects what a municipality published; it cannot tell you what is in force today. A newer version may exist, may be titled differently, or may not be posted publicly at all.
