A 13-page Town of Oakville guide dated April 2025 to the site plan application process. It explains Site Plan Control By-law 2025-033, the changes from Bills 23 and 97 and O. Reg. 254/23, the classes of development in the scoped and full review processes, the exemptions, and a flow chart comparing the two routes. Later sections cover pre-consultation, related policies, submission and payment, the site plan agreement, final approval, release of securities and frequently asked questions, and accompany the Full Site Plan Application Form.
