A three-page Town of Oakville procedure dated March 2013 for site plan inspections and the reduction of posted securities once site works are complete. It lists the items in a certification package, from cover letter and stamped architect, landscape architect and engineer certificates to construction record drawings and an affidavit of payment. Further sections give inspection timelines and fees, full reduction with a 15% holdback, reduction with deficiencies, re-inspection and final release. It concerns the securities posted under a site plan agreement, and sits beside the Letter of Credit form.
DocHub collects what a municipality published; it cannot tell you what is in force today. A newer version may exist, may be titled differently, or may not be posted publicly at all.
