The City of Richmond Hill's builder data spreadsheet for townhouse units, submitted one block per spreadsheet with a maximum of fifteen units in that block. Builders enter the ONHWP Tarion number, plan number, plan name and block number, then list each unit by model, elevation and municipal address alongside its gross floor area and finished basement area, which the spreadsheet uses to total the permit fee, finished-basement fee, drain fee and water fee per unit and across the block.

What it covers

  • Permit Fee
  • Fin. Bsmt Fee
  • Current Res. Drain Fee
  • Current Res. Water Fee
  • Total Permit Fee
Check this against the municipality before you rely on it. DocHub collects what a municipality published; it cannot tell you what is in force today. A newer version may exist, may be titled differently, or may not be posted publicly at all.
