The Town of Richmond Hill's By-law 71-10, cited in its own text as the Building By-law, passed under section 7 of the Building Code Act. It sets permit classes and application requirements, fee calculation and refund rules in Schedule A, appointments of the chief building official and inspectors in Schedule B, and a code of conduct in Schedule C. Its own text repeals the earlier By-law 79-98. Richmond Hill has since enacted By-law 19-24, also in this batch, as its current building by-law; that by-law's repeal clause names an intervening By-law 55-19, not this one. Passed September 27, 2010.
