The City of Richmond Hill's Sign By-law, cited in its own text as the Town of Richmond Hill Sign By-law and codified as Chapter 740 of the Municipal Code. Its own amending By-law 126-23 recites that it was enacted November 9, 2009. It defines dozens of sign types, lists prohibited signs, sets out which sign types need no permit in Table A, and covers general conditions for permitted signs, including awning, charity, ground, mobile, portable, projecting, wall and window signs. Consolidated with amendments through By-law 126-23, also in this batch. The extract here ends partway through section 7.14, election signs.
