Site alteration or building applications

The City of Richmond Hill's requirements for a site plan submitted with a site alteration or building application, prepared at one of five prescribed metric scales (1:100 to 1:500). Beyond the property's boundaries and existing and proposed structures, it calls for a summary chart of building area, height, tenancy, and parking counts, the building's Ontario Building Code classification and whether it is sprinklered, fire route dimensions and hydrant locations, and — for a condominium application proposing a private street name — the naming details in the city's street naming and addressing guide.

Check this against the municipality before you rely on it. DocHub collects what a municipality published; it cannot tell you what is in force today. A newer version may exist, may be titled differently, or may not be posted publicly at all.
