The City of Richmond Hill's Form C2, recording a non-residential building's Ontario Building Code classification for a permit application. It sets out major occupancy under Article 3.1.2, gross floor area, storeys, defined building height, mezzanine percentage, sprinkler, standpipe and fire alarm status, and occupant load calculated under Article 3.1.17 against the load actually designed for. A fire-resistance-ratings table follows, by ULC number, for the floor above basement, other floors, roof, mezzanine and columns or bearing walls, signed by the architect or professional engineer.

What it covers

  • Building Information
  • Occupant Load
  • Fire Resistance Ratings
Check this against the municipality before you rely on it. DocHub collects what a municipality published; it cannot tell you what is in force today. A newer version may exist, may be titled differently, or may not be posted publicly at all.
