Toronto's Urban Design Guidelines for the Metrogate Agincourt Redevelopment, published by City Planning, Urban Design in September 2008. They cover the 6.78 hectare former Toronto Sufferance Truck Terminal site at 2055 Kennedy Road, northeast of Kennedy Road and Highway 401. Chapters set out the redevelopment vision and master plan, street design for Village Green Square and Streets A to C, open space guidelines and built form guidelines by block: high-rise and low-rise residential, offices, a multi-modal transit terminal and an interim parking lot.
