Overview

Lakeshore Grounds is a City of Toronto urban design guideline sheet for the lands formerly known as the Lakeshore Grounds, near Colonel Samuel Smith Park Drive and Lake Shore Boulevard West around Humber College's Lakeshore campus. It carries a June 2004 footer and notes the guidelines were prepared in October 1999. Part of the Etobicoke-York Design Guidelines, it lists numbered guidelines covering consolidated development, east-west and north-south connections and view corridors, setbacks, parking, landscaping and compatibility with existing buildings.
