Overview

Off-Site (Pooled) Contribution, a two-page excerpt of the City of Toronto's Percent for Public Art Program Guidelines from City Planning's Urban Design section. It describes pooled, ward-based public art contributions for projects that cannot place art on site or whose contribution is too small, how the funds are held until a local public art project is ready, and a ten-step framework from the planner's early review to Culture's administration of the project. It is the off-site route alongside the on-site contributions described in the Percent for Public Art brochure.
