A two-page City of Toronto bulletin amending the electric vehicle infrastructure performance measures in Toronto Green Standard version 4.0, following Council's adoption of updated parking standards in Zoning By-law 569-2013 and the enactment of By-law 89-2022. It sets out replacement text for Tier 1 AQ 1.1 low-rise and Tier 1 AQ 1.2 mid to high rise, non-residential and city-owned facilities, deletes Tier 2 AQ 1.3, notes energy management system strategies, and states the transition for applications submitted on or after February 3, 2022.
DocHub collects what a municipality published; it cannot tell you what is in force today. A newer version may exist, may be titled differently, or may not be posted publicly at all.
