Etobicoke Centre is the City of Toronto's June 2004 urban design guideline sheet for new development and re-development in the Etobicoke Centre area, shown on Map 25 of the Official Plan. It is read with the Etobicoke Centre Secondary Plan adopted by City Council on November 29, 2002. Headings cover urban design goals, the vision for the character of the area, and guidelines for the public realm, including street sections, streetscape, pedestrian comfort, views and gateways, public buildings and open spaces.
DocHub collects what a municipality published; it cannot tell you what is in force today. A newer version may exist, may be titled differently, or may not be posted publicly at all.
