The Toronto Green Standard Version 4.0 statistics template for mid to high rise residential and all new non-residential development, submitted with site plan control applications and stand-alone zoning bylaw amendment applications and copied onto the site plan. A general project description opens it with gross floor area by component and residential unit count. Section 1 covers parking, electric vehicle spaces, bicycle parking and soil volume; section 2 adds site area, trees planted, hardscape treated for urban heat island, green, cool and solar roofs, native plants and bird collision deterrence.
DocHub collects what a municipality published; it cannot tell you what is in force today. A newer version may exist, may be titled differently, or may not be posted publicly at all.
