The City of Toronto City Planning guideline on whole building air leakage testing, prepared with WSP Canada, Ryerson University's Department of Architectural Science and RDH Building Science, and read alongside ASTM E3158-18. Four pages set the testing target of 2.0 L/s m² at 75 Pa, the procedure for whole-building and guarded testing including how many floors a sampling covers, the test-day conditions and tester qualifications, a list of reference standards, and what Tier 2 third party verification takes at construction documents and project completion.
DocHub collects what a municipality published; it cannot tell you what is in force today. A newer version may exist, may be titled differently, or may not be posted publicly at all.
