The 2021 update of the City of Toronto's accessibility design guidelines, introduced by the City Manager as a living document supporting the multi-year accessibility plan, and replacing the guidelines first introduced in April 2004. It opens with the legislative and policy overview, principles and goals of universal design, guideline application and scope, defined terms and space and reach range dimensions, then covers exterior paths of travel, pedestrian crossings, parking and arrival areas, interior paths, entrances and doors, washrooms and change rooms, specialized facilities, lighting, communication systems and controls.
DocHub collects what a municipality published; it cannot tell you what is in force today. A newer version may exist, may be titled differently, or may not be posted publicly at all.
