Overview

The nine-page Tier 1 checklist for version 4.0 of the Toronto Green Standard, covering mid to high rise residential and all new non-residential development, completed alongside the full standard and its specifications. Its five sections pair each performance measure with the documentation and plan notations that accompany a site plan approval submission, and an asterisk marks the ones that also apply to rezoning and subdivision applications. A header block collects the application number, gross floor area, storeys, unit counts and applicant details.
